That's the original name we built the business on! We rebranded from Harris Mobile Mechanic to Harris Fleet Services to reflect our focus on commercial fleet work. Same ownership, same great service.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, ACH transfers, and fleet account billing. Cash is preferred and comes with a discount. Credit and debit cards are accepted with a small processing fee. ACH payments are available for approved fleet clients.

Do you work with businesses that only have 1 or 2 vehicles?

Yes, whether you have 2 vehicles or 20, we’re happy to help. We work with small businesses, contractors, and growing fleets that want dependable service without dealership headaches.

Can you come to our yard or job site?

Absolutely! We specialize in mobile fleet service. We come to your location with equipment and parts. We can set up your account to come when all the vehicles are back at your location so no employees are sitting around. They can get into the truck the next day with it all fixed and ready to make money!

Do you follow safety protocols while working on-site?

Yes, we follow strict safety procedures on every job. That includes proper PPE, wheel chocks, spill containment when needed, and safe work zone setup. We respect your property and operate responsibly.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we’re fully insured and operate as a registered LLC in Pennsylvania and New Jersey

Do you handle DOT inspections?

Yes, we offer DOT and PM inspections to keep your fleet compliant and safe on the road.

What areas do you service?

We’re based in Bucks County, PA and cover surrounding areas including Montgomery County. Delaware County, Chester County, New Jersey and More areas! Just ask! 

What types of vehicles/Equipment do you service?

We service nearly all types of commercial fleet vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, vans, pickup trucks, service trucks, box trucks, and heavy-duty trucks. Whether your fleet runs gas or diesel, we’re equipped to handle it. From light-duty delivery vehicles to heavy-duty work trucks, our mobile service covers diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs that keep your fleet running strong.

Do you work on trailers and equipment?

Yes, we service all types of commercial trailers, including utility, dump, enclosed, and equipment haulers. We also work on construction and landscaping equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, trenchers, stump grinders, generators, compressors, mobile welders, and more. Whether it's hauled to a site or working daily in the field, we provide on site maintenance and repair to keep your equipment reliable and job ready

What services do you offer on-site?

We handle nearly all aspects of fleet maintenance and repair,  including diagnostics, PMs, brake work, electrical and drivability repairs, hydraulic systems, trailer service, and more. We work on gas, diesel, and equipment,  light to heavy-duty.

How do I schedule service?

Fleet account holders can schedule directly by phone, email, or text. For new clients, just reach out with your vehicle info and issue, and we’ll get you on the calendar.

Can you service multiple vehicles during one visit?

Absolutely, we’re set up to handle multiple vehicles on-site in a single trip, depending on the type of repairs or maintenance needed. Fleet clients often batch service to reduce downtime.

How quickly can you respond?

Response times depend on location and availability, but we aim for same-day or next-day service whenever possible. Fleet clients get priority scheduling.

Can you work on-site without supervision or during off-hours?

Yes, for trusted clients, we can perform repairs with prior access approval. We communicate before and after the job, provide service records, and treat all vehicles and equipment with care and accountability.

What happens if you can’t fix it on-site?

If a repair can’t be completed on-site, we’ll let you know exactly what’s needed and offer a return visit once the parts or conditions are right. In some cases, we’ll schedule a follow-up or assist with a workaround to get the vehicle moving again. We always communicate clearly.

Can you track service history for my fleet?

Yes, for fleet account clients, we track service records to help with scheduling, compliance, and long-term maintenance planning.

Do you offer digital invoices or service logs?

Yes, we can email or text your invoices and keep records of your fleet's service history for easy tracking.

Are my vehicles and property safe during service?

Yes, we take safety and professionalism seriously. Vehicles are only accessed with your permission, and we follow safe work practices at every job site.

Do you carry fire extinguishers and spill kits on site?

Yes, we follow safe mobile repair practices and carry the necessary equipment to handle fluids, spills, and fire safety when working on-site. EPA standards are followed on site.

Who performs the work? Will I work with the same tech each time?

We’re an owner-operated business, you’ll typically work directly with the same technician on every job. That means consistent service, familiar communication, and someone who knows your fleet inside and out.

Do you need anything from us before starting work?

Just clear access to the vehicle or equipment and a safe, level workspace. If the job site has specific safety policies (like PPE or check-in procedures), let us know ahead of time, we’re happy to comply.

Can you source parts if needed?

Yes, we can source and supply parts as needed for most repairs. We aim to use high-quality parts to reduce repeat issues and speed up turnaround.

Do you work in secure facilities or restricted-access job sites?

Yes, we’ve worked in secure lots, gated facilities, and active job sites. Let us know any access requirements ahead of time (badging, call-ins, etc.) and we’ll follow protocol.
